*50% payment is due when placing the order. The balance is due upon shipping.

Of course! We don’t expect you to know the options. We can ask you some simple questions to get most custom options narrowed down.
We require half of the total on ordering and half when the saddle is scheduled to ship. We accept e-transfer, credit card, cheque or cash.
Yes, if you have a model in mind or you have a photo of a saddle that you like, we can custom match or change the specs. A great place to look is on Bob’s website under the saddles catalog or on Bobs Instagram page for inspiration.
Yes! The best thing to do is to get the serial number, it’s stamped under the fender. Then we can pull a spec sheet for that saddle and make sure we order the same tree that you already know fits your horse.
No, but if you’re looking to sell an existing Bob’s saddle, shoot us a message. We might have someone looking for what you have!
Yes! You can order custom headstalls, breastcollars, back cinches or spur straps to match your existing Bob’s saddle or a new one you’re ordering at any time. Most of the options for these are not available on the Bob’s website so send us a message directly and we’ll get you the options!
We can hardly keep them in stock! Check our shop for in-stock saddles!
The best option is always to ride in one. If you can’t ride in one, we can take photos of your horse’s back to send to the tree specialist at Bob’s.
